McCauley recently received FAA certification for a new four blade propeller for the Grand Caravan EX. The new propeller will have significant performance improvements over the standard 3 blade propeller and longer times between overhaul which will reduce operating cost.
The new four bladed prop offers improved take-off and climb performance, increased ground clearance, lighter than the standard propeller and quieter than the standard propeller.
